This week has just flown by, so quickly that I’d forgotten to mention that it was our 4 year Wedding Anniversary on the 19th of May. Jason and I got to celebrate in style, as Mum babysat Darwin we sat at our romantic window seat sipping on cocktails at Hali’maili General Store. I was a very lucky lady and as an Anniversary gift received a new Olympus Stylus 1030 SW Shock + Waterproof, my style of camera which has already been put to very good use.

I don’t know if it’s just been the busy week or if I’m coming down with something, I seem to have far less energy and feel tired with stomach cramps and an achy body. Darwin seems to only be acting up when he is confined to the house which has been more of the scene this week, as soon as he’s outside in water or around people he’s fine…so it’s just me.

Our European next door neighbors are starting to build so the big open paddock view will soon be smaller, there “shed” is a beautiful design and they are lovely people so we are not too sad to be loosing a beautiful view for another. Darwin also loves all the machines and construction.

Time now to breath deep, plan the rest of Mum’s vacation and do some relaxing.
