MOTHERS DAY
Ahh, Mothers Day, it’s yet to feel as special as a Birthday but I’m glad I’ve made the cut. This morning I woke to the usual. My husband sleeping and my daring boy standing in his crib demanding to start the day, a pile of dishes waiting for me in the sink after our lovely dinner with Hanna and Nicky, and a slight headache from the wine we consumed. I will look forward to the Mothers Day’s to come when I get to sleep in and am served breakfast in bed!
Yesterday we had our family outing to Seabury Hall’s Annual Craft Fair, the school is very clean and well lay out they really knew how to put on a good show. There were so many stalls all with beautiful things and the food lane was very impressive but the funnest attraction for us and especially Darwin was the Pony Ride. He was hesitant at first but only because the horse stood still as soon as he started walking Darwin took to his cowboy position and rode like a real man, he even threw one arm up as he held onto the saddle with the other. It was a great morning, I love seeing familiar faces in a different environment.
