Darwin and I had a really great time at the beach today, we parked at Julie and Ryan’s house and walked to Mama’s. The water was beautiful, a little chilly still but so pristine. It was quite and very relaxing swimming with Darwin and rolling around in the sand, real quality Mother and Son time. He just loves interacting with other kids, as I held his hands he waded in to neck deep water chasing after a little girl who was being pulled around on a bodyboard by her Dad. I love that he wants to be deep in the water and covered in sand when dry, we’ve missed the beach. Tomorrow we’ll be back for more.
