Every new day is such a treat.

Each day goes a little like this. Wake up to feed our little monster at about 7am then put the kettle on. We all sit on the couch watching the morning news or episodes of “The Daily Show” or “The Cobert Report” drinking tea and eating vegimite toast, Darwin gets a top up then goes back to sleep by about 8:30am. JC then goes to work, I make the bed, do the dishes, a load of laundry, sweep the floor, paint a portion of Darwin’s bunk bed then have a shower. Darwin wakes up around 10:30am and sometimes I get to have a 10am coffee while he feeds.

Today I’m going to introduce myself and Darwin to our tenants in the main house, then clean for a new tenant who moves in tomorrow. Jason has me in charge of collecting rent etc, I’m looking forward to the responsibility.

Once Darwin’s room/ Office is set up I’m going to tackle the weeds in the garden and hopefully that way get some sun on my pale skin.

Mum comes in 2 weeks!!!
