So it’s been a while, I’ve been pretty tired lately so just been cruising about.
I forgot to mention the awesome opening of Josh’s new Paia Restaurant “Flatbread Pizza Company” the opening nights were on the 2nd and 3rd of this month. Both nights were a complete success with a packed house and everyone loving the FREE pizza and booze! Josh and Amy are really stoked and happy to just have a rest now after so many projects, so their off with the kids to Whistler for like 3 months in about 3 weeks.

Work is great, I’m trying to lay low and get all staffed up for the Festive Season so everything will run smoothly and I won’t have to come in and cover shifts every other day! Jason is wonderful!!! Love him so much, we are house hunting again with not much luck, Mauians love to jack the prices of their houses way up for what they are…which is not so good for us poor people. But we are hopeful!

I’ve booked our accomodation in Sydney for our arrival date “Valentines Day”, we’ll stay at “The Rocks” so were close to all the attractions so we can be tourists for a couple of days! I am so excited, lately I really have the urge to be back in Oz. Picturing myself lying out in our pool, walking down to Dave’s for a coffee then a long walk along the beach with Tilly, just to take in all the familiar…everything, especially the people! I’m very happy here but I do love to miss my homeland.

Well the sun is shinning and a light breeze is blowing through the trees, I might go for a little stroll.
